Arugula/Mesclun: Harvest Season in Our Garden/How We Use It
- The greens will be ready to be harvested in both the spring and the fall. First from May through June and then again from September though October.
- The greens will usually be given to the dining halls, if dining cannot use them they will be sent to Amherst Survival Center.

- Pole Bans will be ready to be harvested from July through October, depending on what stage you want to pick them at.
- Pole Beans are usually given to the dining halls, if dining cannot use them they will be sent to Amherst Survival Center.
